The Locked Up Pendant Chain is our most detailed project ever. We spared no expense crafting a piece we could rock with pride. The lock-style pendant features a recessed skull peering out of a jail dungeon. The rear is marked with a prisoners markings "FEARS was here 13". The pendant is attached to a 9mm ultra thick Rolo Chain, with a lay-flat clasp. This thing is as insane as the creature inside.

I ordered the Locked Up Pendant from Personal Fears and was a little disappointed with the experience. The box shown on the website wasn’t included, and I was told they had run out and were using baggies instead. If that’s the case, I think the website should be updated since the box was a big selling point for me.
They were nice enough to offer to send me one, but it would take 3 weeks. When I asked if there was anything else they could do, I got a pretty generic response that felt like AI.
The box finally arrived, but it wasn’t even the same box shown in the picture. It was cheap-looking plastic, and the sticker wasn’t even put on straight. It’s a small thing, but it makes you wonder about the overall quality control.
Giving 3 stars because the actual jewelry is really nice. I just hope they improve their packaging and customer service.

Our boxes have been stuck in customs for over a month :/ the one we were able to find and shipped to you should have been inspected better before it was sent out (the crooked sticker is wild). We will happily send you another box as soon as they arrive and I promise we’ll triple check it before it goes out!
